All products/services offered on newstartup.shop are digital in nature. Once a purchase is completed, the customer gets instant access to course/content/tools. Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund & no-return policy.

2. No Physical Returns

Since we do not sell any physical product, there is no return applicable. All content is delivered digitally through email, dashboard, or direct download.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds are not provided under the following conditions:

  • Digital course/content already delivered
  • User account already accessed
  • User failed to use the services
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong product selection
  • Duplicate purchase due to user mistake

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment was deducted but you didn’t receive access, we will verify the transaction and provide:

  • Course access (preferred)
  • Or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Verification time: 24–72 hours.

5. Exceptional Cases

A refund may be processed only in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment (verified)
  • Technical issues where access was never given
  • Any payment error from our payment gateway

In such cases, the amount will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
